Performing Saturday, July 30th - In a time when most music is manipulated, copied, pasted and auto tuned in digital recording studios, the question that always begs to be answered now more than ever is, “But, can they play it live?” Well, Poison can and always have in their 21-plus year career. But, in the case of Poison, to just expect the music to sound good live is to short change the entire phenomenon. In addition to his gig as Poison front man, Bret Michaels had several solo albums to his credit and has starred in numerous TV shows. Bret was the winning contestant on NBC’s reality show Celebrity Apprentice 3. Bret Michaels has also established a film production company with bad boy actor Charlie Sheen that has produced several movies, some of which Bret has written and starred in.
New York Dolls
Performing Saturday, July 30th - The New York Dolls is an American rock band, formed in New York in 1971. In 2004 the band reformed with three of their original members, two of whom, David Johansen and Sylvain Sylvain, continue on today and have released three records of new material. The original bassist, Arthur Kane, died shortly after their first reunion concert. The band's protopunk sound prefigured much of what was to come in the punk rock era; their visual style influenced the look of many new wave and 1980s-era glam metal groups, and they began the local New York scene that later spawned the Ramones, Blondie, Television and Talking Heads.

In 1988 they had their biggest chart hit with "Don't Close Your Eyes".
